Workin' Woman!
That's right, I finally started my job that I have been waiting for for 2 months! Good things come to those who wait, right? I started Friday, the 20th. I love it so far. Mary is my manager and I can tell it's going to be a fun experience. She is very patient and learns the same way I do, so of course I am catching on quickly. There's never a boring moment. I love busy work and that's what this job is. There's always something that needs to be done. We work in the copy center and make copies for students and teachers. Someone has to make a million copies of those quizes and homework assignments! We also do things like laminating, binding, sort mail and deliver it, etc. No time to be bored! My other co-worker, Garrett, keeps things entertaining though, so it's always a lot of fun. I can always expect a good laugh while I'm working. Other than that, life is still going pretty good. I can't complain! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Season of Thanks
There's a thing going around on Facebook that says everyday, write something that you are thankful for as your status... It got me thinking a little bit because there is so much I have to be thankful for. I am blessed with the best family ever. Without them, who knows where I'd be.
I recently just got a new job and I am SO excited! I start on the 16th. It's definately a raise in pay, which gives me peace of mind because now I wont have to worry if I can make ends meet with my flexible income that I had with Applebee's. I'm sad to be leaving Applebee's because I do love the people I work with, but I'm excited to work with my new co-workers and learn more about this job. I'm thankful for Mary, who helped me get the job, and for all her help.
I'm thankful for my new car!!!!! I love it oh so much! Thank you again Mom and Dad! Yes I am having a blast with it!
I am thankful for Dustin and all he does for me. After my LONG day at work yesterday he gave me a little pedicure with the foot bath and a foot massage. I had been on my feet all day long serving and they were killing me! How many boys do that for their girlfriends? He's the best!
Most of all, I am thankful for my Heavenly Father. He knows my needs and it never fails that when I find myself between a rock and a hard spot, I somehow find a way out. My needs are always met. It just amazes me!

My New Ride!!!!!!

Yes people, I finally got a new car!!!!! :) Thanks to my awesome parents!!!! My poor little Nissan just wasn't cutting it and wasn't all that reliable. It was time. My mom and dad asked me to come home during the weekend so I could get my car fixed, but of course I was stuck working. So my dad and I planned to have him fly down and I picked him up at the airport this morning and away we went back home. The whole way home he asked me what all needed to be done and what-not, so of course I had no idea what was coming. When we got home he told me he was going to go get to work on it and he'd see us around midnight because of all the stuff that needed to be done. (haha) Maybe ten minutes later he came back in the door and told me to come outside because he needed to ask me some questions. So I grabbed my shoes and of course my mom ran outside, camera in hand and caught the first look of excitement! SNEAKY!!! My sparkly 2006 Toyota Corolla was sitting in the drive way. At first I had to ask if that was really mine! I gave my parents a hug and told them thank you! They are my life savers!
I just had to test drive my little beauty, so my mom and I drove to Round Valley for some Chai Tea smoothies. She drives like a dream! Thanks Mom and Dad! You don't even know how grateful I am for my car and for everything else you do!!!
